Meet Yaniv Mikhailov

“Growing up, I was involved in a lot of sports and a lot of activities overall that landed me in a lot of situations where I had to come face to face with healthcare workers and providers, whether it’s through injuries, whether it’s through surgeries or anything like that. And as I grew older, I realized that hey, if I cannot play the sport, I would like to help people who do play the sport, and I can help them get better and recover.”

Academic Foundation

Yaniv began his academic journey at York University, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology. Committed to deepening his clinical knowledge and skills, he completed a Master’s in Physiotherapy at McMaster University. He officially joined the profession in August 2024 and brings with him a thoughtful, people-first perspective on care.
