Meet Odisho Yaghob

Odisho Yaghob

Registered Massage Therapist

“The two things I love most in this world are, first of all, helping people. I feel like we’re all put on this world to help others, and we just have to find our way of doing it. And I feel like healthcare is one thing that correlates so well with me, because I love anything related to sports. I’m a fanatic about the human body and am constantly looking to expand on my knowledge.”

Odisho’s formal educational path began at Guelph-Humber University, where he earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. He then completed his studies at Medix College and now practices as a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Using a Tailored Approach for Every Individual

Odisho’s techniques adapt to each person he meets. Whether it’s deep tissue for athletes, relaxation massage for overworked professionals, or something in between, every session starts with a conversation—and ends with care that fits you, not a preset template. He doesn’t just work on tight muscles. He tunes into who you are, how you move, and what your body is asking for.

That flexibility continues beyond the table. Odisho firmly believes in home care, often recommending simple stretches or lifestyle tweaks to extend the benefits of massage between visits. For those who are less familiar with exercise, he offers accessible routines. For the gym-savvy, he creates more advanced, movement-based programs. It’s all about giving people tools they’ll actually use.

A Strong Connection to the Practice

Conveniently located just minutes from his home, Core Health Care was a natural fit for Odisho. But it wasn’t just proximity. The on-site gym was a game-changer. As someone who views movement as medicine, he was drawn to the clinic’s focus on empowering patients beyond the treatment room. With a gym like this, massage becomes part of a bigger picture, one that includes strength, mobility, and education.

Life Outside the Clinic

When he’s not with patients, you’ll likely find Odisho playing soccer, watching hockey, or lifting weights at the gym.
