Dr. Frank Baliko
Chiropractor and Clinic Owner
Dr. Baliko’s professional journey reflects his dedication to the well-being of his patients and his commitment to continuous learning and skill development. His education and training have laid the foundation for his specialized focus on treating patients with bone, joint, and soft tissue injuries.
Graduating with Honours from the New York Chiropractic College in 2007, Dr. Baliko holds certifications in both Ontario and the United States. His registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) and memberships in the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA) and the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA) demonstrate his adherence to professional standards and ongoing involvement in the chiropractic community.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Baliko maintains a healthy and active lifestyle, participating in activities such as bike riding, hiking, fishing, and playing golf. Dr. Baliko is a dedicated fan of the Toronto Blue Jays, and he enjoys attending games at the Roger’s Center.
Dr. Alan Ali
Chiropractor and Acupuncture Provider
Dr. Alan completed his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the Faculty of Life Sciences at McMaster University, after which time he decided to pursue his career in chiropractic. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto.
Dr. Alan has also completed his certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University, as well as in Integrative Acupuncture Professional Practice Certificate from York University. Dr. Alan is also certified in Neurokinetic Therapy Level 1 and GLA:D Knee/Hip OA Programs. He continues to further his knowledge base by taking advanced manual therapy courses and volunteering his time within the profession.
Dr. Alan utilizes manual joint and soft tissue techniques, acupuncture, modalities as well as rehabilitative exercises to help patients decrease pain and restore function to the affected muscles, joints, and nervous system. Dr. Alan is active member, in good standing with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and is also a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association.
Dr. Alessia Sili
Chiropractor and Athletic Therapist
Dr. Sili’s extensive background as both a Chiropractor and a certified Athletic Therapist positions her as a valuable asset in the field of sports medicine and rehabilitation. With memberships in esteemed organizations such as the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association, she upholds professional standards and stays abreast of the latest developments in her field.
Having graduated from York University with a degree in Kinesiology, Dr. Sili brings a strong foundation in the science of human movement to her practice.
Her experience working with various varsity teams, including football, hockey, and track and field, has provided her with invaluable insights into the unique demands and challenges faced by athletes.
By empowering her clients with tailored exercise programs, she not only facilitates their recovery but also equips them with the tools to take control of their own health and well-being. Her approach emphasizes active participation and encourages individuals to embrace physical activity as a means to lead fulfilling, healthy lives.
Ashish Patel
Registered Physiotherapist
Ashish’s dedication to his profession as a Registered Physiotherapist is evident through his commitment to continuing education and his focus on evidence-based practices. With a specialization in exercise-based rehabilitation, he strives to provide the best care possible for his patients by constantly updating his knowledge and skills.
His extensive certification in various areas such as concussion rehabilitation, Mulligan therapy, acupuncture, dry needling, and shockwave therapy showcases his diverse expertise in different modalities of treatment. Additionally, being a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine further solidifies his proficiency in exercise prescription, which he considers a core strength in his practice.
Beyond his professional life, Ashish’s interests reflect his curiosity and love for learning. His engagement with topics like neuroscience, podcast listening, running, photography, and appreciation for nature demonstrates a well-rounded personality with a thirst for knowledge and a deep connection to the world around him.
Piraanavan (Perry) Kathirgamanathan
Registered Physiotherapist
“Hi everyone, my name is Piraanavan Kathirgamanathan but I also go by Perry! I’m a Resident Physical Therapist here at Core Health Care. I received my Masters of Physical Therapy from Western University after completing my Bachelors in Human kinetics at the University of Guelph.
I’ve built my foundation as a clinician by taking on roles such as a Varsity Student Therapist, Anatomy Outreach Coordinator, and Physical Therapy Student Council President. While practicing as a Physical Therapy student I’ve seen a wide variety of patients including OUA athletes, OFSAA athletes, post-op surgical patients, retirees, and all members of the general public.
If I’m not in the clinic, you’ll most likely find me getting active whether it’s playing basketball, going for a hike, or working out. I’m also an avid traveller looking for new places to explore and a huge Raptors fan, catching any game I can!You can find me at Core on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I’m looking forward to seeing you there!”
Janki Lukhi
Resident Physiotherapist
Janki is a dedicated Resident Physical Therapist, well-regarded for her strong affiliation with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. With a broad and varied background that spans outpatient clinics, hospitals, and long-term care settings, she has developed a profound and comprehensive understanding of physiotherapy in different environments. Her areas of expertise include musculoskeletal and sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and back injuries, where she consistently delivers effective, evidence-based treatments.
Outside the clinic, Janki values a balanced lifestyle. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and finds relaxation and inspiration in outdoor activities like hiking. This holistic approach to both her work and personal life drives her dedication to helping patients reach their health and wellness goals, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

Hope Corrente
Registered Kinesiologist
Hope Corrente, Registered Kinesiologist at Core Health Care, is committed to guiding her patients on a path to a healthier and more balanced life. Specializing in optimizing movement and helping individuals unlock their full potential through personalized exercise interventions.
Hope graduated from Durham College with a Diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion and the University of Ontario Institute of Technology with a bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. Hope is a member of the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario and is currently studying nutrition.

Jessica Triumbari
Registered Massage Therapist
Jessica Triumbari has graduated from York University with a Specialized Honors Degree in Kinesiology. Following her undergraduate studies, she decided to pursuit a career in Massage Therapy and earned her diploma at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.
During her studies she worked at several community outreach programs and specialty clinics around the city of Toronto. Such programs include High Risk Obstetrics at Sunnybrook Hospital, Gynecological and Pelvic Floor Post-Operative at Toronto General Hospital, Pre-natal and Pregnancy clinic, Seniors clinic, Mental Health Transitional Homes, and a community Stroke Club. Through her experience Jessica has learned the benefits of massage therapy both physically, mentally, and emotionally for a range of populations and ultimately what the power of touch can do to heal others. In clinic, her massages typically consist of Swedish techniques, PNF stretching, deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
After this experience Jessica grew a passion for research and a love for travel. She hopes to one day conduct research on the benefits of massage, yoga and well-being and travel to another conference around the globe.
Michael Ricci

His firsthand experience with various sports, and competitive bodybuilding, coupled with the injuries he encountered along the way, has provided him with invaluable insights into the human body’s capabilities and limitations.
Through his own experiences, Michael recognized the importance of understanding the intricacies of the human body and how to effectively address injuries. This realization fueled his desire to delve deeper into the field of healthcare, specifically focusing on sports injury rehabilitation.

Amanda Breeze
