Meet Jessica Triumbari
Registered Massage Therapist
As an athlete growing up, Jessica Triumbari always knew she wanted to work in the health and wellness field. What led her to massage was meeting another RMT that she had worked with at the time. “I remember shadowing this person and thinking how cool it was that they got to do this as a career. It’s something that always came very naturally to me.”
Jessica earned her Specialized Honours Degree in Kinesiology from York University before pursuing massage therapy at the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy.
During her undergraduate studies, she assisted in research alongside a Registered Kinesiologist. Jessica co-authored a journal article on the effects of plyometric and treadmill training on preventing ACL injuries in young female soccer players. In 2017, she and her colleague presented their findings at the World Conference on Science and Soccer in Rennes, France—an experience that sparked her love for travel and evidence-based care.
Compassionate Care Backed by Experience
During her studies, Jessica worked at several community outreach programs and specialty clinics around the city of Toronto. Such programs include High Risk Obstetrics at Sunnybrook Hospital, Gynecological and Pelvic Floor Post-Operative Care at Toronto General Hospital, a prenatal and pregnancy clinic, a seniors’ clinic, mental health transitional homes, and a community stroke club.
These experiences deepened her understanding of the emotional, mental, and physical impact of therapeutic touch.
A Holistic, Hands-On Approach
In Her Spare Time
Outside the clinic, Jessica loves dancing, singing, practicing yoga, and spending time in the city with friends. A big music enthusiast, she enjoys every genre—except country and heavy metal!
