Direct Billing to Insurance
Extended Health Care Benefits
Patients with Extended Health Care (EHC) insurance through their employer can typically have claims submitted directly to their insurance provider, allowing payments to be made to the clinic without any out-of-pocket expenses. Services like physiotherapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and orthopaedic products such as bracing, compression socks, and custom orthotics may be covered up to 100%.
Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) Coverage
If you’re injured in a car accident, your Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) insurance provides coverage for rehabilitation treatments, including physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. We accept and provide direct billing to all motor vehicle insurance companies and will coordinate claims between your private and auto insurance coverage.
Workplace Injuries (WSIB)
Workplace injuries are covered through the Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB), which provides coverage for physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy. If you’ve been injured at work, we accept and provide direct billing to WSIB for your convenience, minimizing your paperwork and allowing you to focus on recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept extended health benefits/insurance?
However, if your service is not covered at 100%, you will be responsible for paying any remaining balances. In some cases, payment may go directly to the plan member, in which case you will need to provide payment to the clinic at the time of the service.
It is always a good idea to check with your healthcare provider about their billing policies and procedures before receiving any healthcare services. This can help you understand what services are covered and if there are percentage limits, deductibles, or copays that may apply.
