 | Dr. Frank Baliko, B.Sc. (Hons.), D.C. – Chiropractor/Clinic Owner Dr. Baliko is a dedicated and caring practitioner who is committed to improving the health and well being of his patients. His clinical interests and treatment approach incorporates both traditional chiropractic techniques as well as active based therapies that involve deep tissue therapy, dynamic movements and clinical exercise. Dr. Baliko earned his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 1999. For the next several years he dedicated his time studying and researching bone and soft tissue tumors in children and osteoarthritis development in adults. It is through this work that Dr. Baliko became inspired to become more hands in treating patients with bone, joint and soft tissue injuries. In 2007, Dr. Baliko graduated with Honours from the New York Chiropractic College (NYCC). He has completed his certifications in both Ontario and the United States. He is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO) and is a member of both the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA) and the Ontario Chiropractic Association (OCA). Dr. Baliko has continued to enhance his skills by becoming a certified provider of Active Release Technique (Spine, Upper Body and Lower Body) and Graston Technique (GT). Fun Fact: When Dr. Baliko is not treating patients at the clinic you can find him enjoying the outdoors. Some of his favorite sports including bike riding, playing squash, baseball and golf. In his mind, Dr. Baliko is scratch golfer and aspires to shoot his first hole in one someday. Dr. Baliko is also a big fan of the Toronto Blue Jays and enjoys taking in a game or two at the Roger’s Center. Dr. Baliko strives to live a fun, active and healthy lifestyle and encourages his patients to do the same. |

 | Dr. Alan Ali, B.Sc. (Hons.), D.C. – Chiropractor & Acupuncture Provider/Clinic Director Dr. Ali received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009 from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and earned his Honours Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University in the Biology/Life Sciences Program. He has also completed his certification in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Dr. Ali completed his certification in Ontario and is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and is an active member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association as well as the Ontario Chiropractic Association.Dr. Ali firmly believes in treating his patients using a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach in order to treat the root cause of injury and dysfunction and not just a set of symptoms to help them recover quickly and prevent future recurrences. Dr. Ali utilizes a variety of manual chiropractic joint and soft tissue techniques along with acupuncture to help patients decrease pain and restore range of motion to improve functioning to the affected muscles, joints and nervous system. Fun Fact: Dr. Ali likes to spend his free time hanging out with friends and family, trying out new foods in the city, listening to music and going to concerts. He likes to keep active by heading to a local gym, doing fun obstacle runs, playing volleyball or working out with fellow staff at the clinic. Our Core workouts are hard-CORE!! |

 | Guiti Moghtader, B.Sc. (Hons.), B.Sc. P.T. – Physiotherapist/Clinic Director Guiti is a member of the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario in good standing. She completed her undergraduate degree in the Pharmacology/ Toxicology program at University of Toronto with Honors. Guiti soon realized her passion for the human body, anatomy and exercise physiology and decided to pursue her degree in Physical Therapy. After graduation, she started her career at Scarborough General Hospital from 2001- 2010 where she had worked on multiple wards such as Internal Medicine, Oncology, Cardio-Respiratory and Orthopaedics. Guiti also managed and triaged patients in the hospitals fracture clinic treating patients with musculoskeletal issues from fractures, ligament sprains and strains, sport injuries and post-surgical repairs. Shortly after, Guiti was given the opportunity to become the hospitals Clinical Supervisor overseeing Physiotherapy students from the University of Toronto and Physiotherapy Assistants from Humber College. Amazingly, Guiti had found the time to maintain her skills by working in multiple private settings both as a treating practitioner and clinical manager/director. Guiti has taken extensive post-graduate courses including certification from the Advanced Physical Therapy Institute, Level 2 manual therapy certification and Level 2 McKenzie certification. Her journey has been dedicated to ongoing education and providing excellent patient care. Fun Fact: Guiti likes to travel and visit many new places and experience different cultures. She enjoys dance lessons, going to movies, jogging, hiking and trails. She loves outdoor activities such as swimming and boating. Her hobbies also include designing. |

 | Alessia Sili, D.C, B.Sc. (Kin.) – Chiropractor / Athletic Therapist Alessia is Chiropractor and a certified Athletic Therapist, and a member in good standings with the the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the Canadian Athletic Therapy Association. As graduate from York University, with a degree in Kinesiology, she has worked with various varsity teams, including football, hockey and Track and Field. Alessia has a concrete belief in Exercise as Medicine and feels exercise is a vital part to injury rehabilitation. By empowering her clients with exercise, she will enable them to take power over their own body and lead a healthy, fulfilling life. |

 | Jennifer Martinez – B.ASc. (Kin.) – Physiotherapy Assistant Jennifer is a recent graduate from the University of Guelph-Humber. She has received a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology and a Diploma in Health and Fitness Promotion. She has done extensive work with many patients in hospitals and clinics. She always searches for new opportunities to learn and grow, and apply that to everyone around her. She will be writing her Kinesiology exam in September to become Registered, and hopes to continue her hard work and spreading her knowledge to a diverse population.Fun Fact: She loves to socialize and connect with everyone. Her hobbies include exercising at the gym and dancing. |

 | Jessica Triumbari – Registered Massage Therapist Jessica Triumbari has graduated from York University with a Specialized Honors Degree in Kinesiology. Following her undergraduate studies, she decided to pursuit a career in Massage Therapy and earned her diploma at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. During her studies she worked at several community outreach programs and specialty clinics around the city of Toronto. Such programs include High Risk Obstetrics at Sunnybrooke Hospital, Gynecological and Pelvic Floor Post-Operative at Toronto General Hospital, Pre-natal and Pregnancy clinic, Seniors clinic, Mental Health Transitional Homes, and a community Stroke Club. Through her experience Jessica has learned the benefits of massage therapy both physically, mentally, and emotionally for a range of populations and ultimately what the power of touch can do to heal others. In clinic, her massages typically consist of Swedish techniques, PNF stretching, deep tissue and trigger point therapy.Fun Fact: During her undergraduate degree Jessica assisted in conducting research alongside a Registered Kinesiologist and continued to co-write a journal article determining the effects of plyometric training and treadmill training on the prevention of ACL tears in young female soccer players. In 2017, she and her colleague presented their findings at the World Conference on Science and Soccer held in Rennes, France. After this experience Jessica grew a passion for research and a love for travel. She hopes to one day conduct research on the benefits of massage, yoga and well-being and travel to another conference around the globe. |

 | Donna Padua – Registered Massage Therapist Donna Padua took her Massage Therapy certification from Humber College with honours. Through her studies, she had the opportunity to participate in massage therapy research (Fibromyalgia pain and sleep, and cancer pain) and off-campus outreaches for pre- and post-natal massage, infant massage, pre- and post-event athletic massage, AIDS, palliative care, diabetes, multiple sclerosis and breast health clinic. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario. After school, her experiences took her to the rehabilitative world of motor vehicle and workplace accidents, and 5 years of clinic ownership. In addition to hands-on massage therapy techniques, Donna includes cupping, manual and instrument-assisted lymphatic drainage techniques as an adjunct to treatment sessions. Prior to her education as an RMT, Donna practiced Raja Yoga meditation in 2005 which provided her with mental flexibility and strength. She is also an active participant of fitness classes and a yoga enthusiast since 2006. |
